Ok, let’s set the scene - It’s early evening, you’ve just come home after a hard day’s work – the sun sits low in the sky, there is a faint, pleasing breeze, which takes the edge off the heat of the day, you pour yourself your cool drink of choice and go and sit on a rickety old chair in the garden which digs into your back...

Yes, it was all sounding quite good – the warm weather, the refreshing drink ... and then, well, who wants to relax in an old chair that has seen better days? (Or more to the point, who can relax in an old chair that has seen better days!).

Of course no one can. With summer approaching these things need to be considered. Every garden / porch / sunroom needs a chair that ticks all the comfort boxes – a chair that you love to sit back in and relax – a chair you love to spend time in. We sell quite a few different types of occasional and outdoor chairs but I reckon you would be hard pressed to find a more comfortable one our Randwick chair. What makes this design work so well? Well it’s definitely a combination of the generous proportions, the sturdy bamboo framing, the recessed back and the beautiful cushioning that runs the full length of the seat – but don’t take my word for it come on down to our showroom and try it yourself.
